Summary
GaveKal is a large investment research organization responsible for the consultation of 60 of the world’s top 100 hedge funds. Louis-Vincent Gave, CEO of GaveKal talks about the current situation and reasons for the liquidation crisis and the plummeting value of assets in the global market. On the other hand, he states that global cooperation and various regulations will be able to reduce the current stress concerning liquidity. More importantly, he predicts that as the value of assets start to heal, there will be firm distinction between each assets, due to the difference in price drop from the liquidity problem, the debtor’s ability repay the loan and the problem of fundamentals. Overall we can be assured that in the middle to long term future, there is infinite opportunity for investments.
